These terms (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Unclosed Labs LLC (“we,” “us”), which operates Campn at campn.app. By creating an account or using Campn, you agree to these Terms. If you use Campn on behalf of a business, you accept these Terms for that business and confirm you have authority to do so.
Campn lets you export an editable Klaviyo drag-and-drop email template as a CSV file, edit that CSV (or fill in the same fields in your browser), and upload it to generate up to five draft Klaviyo campaigns at once, each with the content, subject line, preview text, and audience you specify. Every campaign the app creates is left as an unsent draft in your Klaviyo account — Campn never sends or schedules a send on your behalf, and it never builds or edits a Klaviyo list or segment for you. Reviewing, scheduling, and sending each campaign is entirely your responsibility, done inside Klaviyo itself.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract, and you must have a Klaviyo account in good standing that you’re authorized to connect to Campn. You’re responsible for the accuracy of any CSV data and images you upload, and for reviewing every draft campaign before you send it.
Every plan limits two things: how many campaigns you can build, and how many Klaviyo accounts you can connect at once. The current numbers for each plan are shown on the Pricing page.
Every plan’s campaign allowance resets each period — on your billing anniversary for a paid plan, and on your signup anniversary on the Free plan — and unused campaigns don’t carry over. Every plan, free or paid, builds up to 5 campaigns per upload, and every feature is available on every plan. We may change these limits in the future.
The Klaviyo-account limit counts accounts currently connected. Disconnecting one frees its slot immediately, and reconnecting an account you previously connected doesn’t count twice. If your plan changes so that you have more accounts connected than it includes, they all keep working — you just can’t connect another until you disconnect one or upgrade.
While we’re running the offer, new accounts get 30 days of a paid plan free. No payment card is needed, and the trial ends automatically — you’re never charged unless you choose to subscribe. If you subscribe during the trial, billing starts immediately; the rest of the trial isn’t added on to your subscription. We may change or end the offer at any time, but a trial that has already started runs to its end.
You agree to use Campn in compliance with applicable law and with Klaviyo’s own Acceptable Use Policy and API Terms of Use, and not to use it to upload unlawful, infringing, or abusive content, or to attempt to circumvent any rate limit, access control, or usage restriction built into the app. You also agree not to probe, scan, or disrupt the service, or access it by automated means other than through its normal user interface.
You keep all rights to the templates, text, images, and other material you use with Campn (“Your Content”). You give us a limited, non-exclusive license to access, copy, process, store, and transmit Your Content only as needed to provide the service to you — for example, reading your template from Klaviyo and writing your campaign content back into it — and as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have the rights needed to use Your Content this way, and that it and the campaigns you send comply with the law and with Klaviyo’s policies.
Campn is an independent app built by Unclosed Labs LLC. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Klaviyo, Inc. “Klaviyo” is a trademark of Klaviyo, Inc. Your use of Klaviyo itself is governed by your own agreement with Klaviyo. Campn works through Klaviyo’s API, so changes Klaviyo makes to its service or API may affect or interrupt what Campn can do.
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. The data reference lists exactly what Campn reads from and writes to your Klaviyo account.
You can stop using Campn at any time by disconnecting it from Settings → Integrations, or delete your account from Settings → Profile. Deleting your account cancels any paid subscription immediately, without a prorated refund for the rest of the billing period, disconnects Klaviyo, and deletes your account data as described in our Privacy Policy. Campaigns already created in your Klaviyo account stay there. We may suspend or terminate access for any account that violates these Terms or Klaviyo’s own policies, or where we’re required to by law.
Campn is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We don’t guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Klaviyo template edits and campaign creation happen through Klaviyo’s own API, so the app’s availability and behavior can be affected by Klaviyo’s own service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unclosed Labs LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of Campn, including any campaign you send after reviewing a draft it created. Our total liability for any claim relating to Campn is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose and US$100. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain of these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
You agree to defend and indemnify Unclosed Labs LLC against any third-party claim, and the resulting costs and liabilities, arising from Your Content, the campaigns you send, or your breach of these Terms or of the law.
We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. If a change is material, we’ll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Campn after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
